How status is measured

Each product family is measured from completed API requests in five-minute windows. A family shows as degraded when fewer than 99% of requests in the last 15 minutes succeed or responses become much slower than usual, and as an outage when fewer than 90% succeed. Errors caused by the request itself, such as invalid input or an exhausted credit balance, do not count against uptime.
